So, here's a little bit of a changelog from 0.2 to 0.4 (which should have been 0.3
but I backed up 0.3 by copying it to 0.4 and editing that as I went, so now I just
skipped 0.3 for easyness sake). So,                                               
 - tint2rc is updated to match something that looks more like a real taskbar.     
 - I have deleted the bash installer. It was a kind of nice feature, but it rename
      s things and can accidently delete something, and the user of this theme kno
      ws exactly how he wants his themes, so I will add a help/readme text file th
      at eplains exactly where everything should be copied to.
 - Buttons! They look almost exactly the same as Steams buttons. Only problem stil
      is that if they are in a notebook with say background color #686a65 (like th
      ey normally are), the button will not get a nice light color, but keep the s
      ame dark one it has on a background like #464646. This is probably solvable 
      by doing something like 
      widget_class "**"	style "lightbutton"
      but that's something for next version.
 - Scrollbars are also kind of updated, they still look good when they are not in 
      a notebook. :(
 - Menubar is updated so the menus are better placed within the bar and the menus
      themselves look more like real. Only problem still is how to get the icons
      away and the menuseperators back to 1 pixel with 1 padding/margin.
 - Icons: I will include them with exactly the right colors like I want them.
